We have watched caterpillars transform into butterflies. We released them into our community garden and some of us were lucky enough to hold them.
NSPCC Number Day

During this week, we have looked at Sikhism. We have explored how and where Sikhs worship. We have also enjoyed listening to Sikh stories and had a special visitor to teach us even more! Here are some pictures from the week:
Today we completed the egg drop challenge which involved us designing and creating something to stop the egg from breaking. The children created fantastic parachutes, holders and platforms. All the children worked tremendously as teams and two of our teams were successful.
On World Book Day we shared our favourite books and discussed the characters we dressed as. We did lots of fun activities including creating blurbs and front covers for our stories.
During faith week, we visited Medinah Mosque and learnt about how Muslims worship and what they do at mosque.
